amsight builds quality management software for industrial additive manufacturing (AM). Our customers run AM in production - aerospace, medical devices, semiconductors, and other regulated industries - and need every powder batch, build parameter, and inspection result to be traceable and audit-ready.
We are a Hamburg-based tech company growing our customer base globally. The person in this role works directly with new customers across industries and geographies - from first onboarding to long-term adoption.

What you will do
You onboard new customers and guide them to productive use of amsight — from first setup to full adoption. You work directly with engineers and quality managers, understand their workflows, and make sure the software delivers what they actually need.
What you learn with the customers feeds directly back into product development. Your observations shape what we build next.
Extending our product requires research: you plan and manage funded R&D projects: writing proposals, coordinating partners, driving deliverables. And you are the link between customers, product, and sales — the person who knows what is actually happening on the floor.

What we are looking for
• at least 3 years of experience in industrial AdditiveManufacturing
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experiencein project management
• Experience with funded research projects (proposal writing,reporting)
• Fluent in German and English (C1)
Nice tohave:
• Basic Python skills
• Familiarity with quality management or regulated manufacturing environments
